Children of my best friend,I miss you guys!

This post is a gift to one of my best friend Fatima her blessed family and her beautiful children! I just adore them By will of God Sobhana w Ta'ala who granted her with three cutest boys i ever met in my life. Abdullah (7) Abd el-Malik (5) and Abd el-Aziz (3) . I hope that they keep a good memory about me as their mom's friend, Abdullah's teacher of english( omg how he made me laughing during our lessons with his cutest jokes !) and just as their friend or nanny who could play with them all day long and cooked for them something called -LAZIZA ( fried in the oil peaces of white bread which were wet in a very sweet water or milk before) and Indonesian potatoes (pomme fri with a sweet-garlic tomato salsa) yeah their taste was a little bit weird but i think they liked it as well as the name of these meals :)
three brother but so different,i think it happened due to their mother behavior with them. she became a best friend for each of them separately, when she talks with Abdullah (the boy on the pic. is not a son of my friend but i found him very similar! walla) its look like he is not 7 years old or maybe she is not 32 they become one age friends who speak in one language. I must say that religious studying and karate made him very smart. And sure as the older among his brother he betray with them as he should- very quiet as he knows nobody stronger then he;) of cause he never beat his brothers, he just knows that he is strong as once he won a 4 year older boy who has pairing with Abdullah at karate competition! ما شاء الله
Abd el Malik mashaallah very kind and quiet. It was very easy to manage with him almost for any case like going to sleep in time or ask him to empty the dinner plate. Almost no problem!
Abd-el Aziz oh i love this little hurricane! only few people could really manage with him! (when i look at the next pic i just can sure say that Abd-el Aziz has same smile)I think he just understood that he is beloved as a youngest one so it means that everything should be like he just wants! if its not like this well..everything what was on the tables, sofas and shelves directly will be on the floor! But day by day he finds another (not so hard)ways to let people understand what he wants.
And i really miss these kids and miss my friend. they moved and we just lost but i hope that one day we will meet again, maybe she will drop from the net to this post and recognize my story.
Fatim,7bibti i miss u and your beautiful kids hope you re all in the best health and Iman wherever you are!

THREAD AND SWEET HAIR REMOVAL- THE ORIENTAL EXPERIENCE
Khaleejia said:Hair removal procedure is hard to stand for a lot of women all over the world but it doesn't stop our wish to be beautiful as clean from hair body is a standard of beauty. Every woman i guess has her own secrets but as i notice there are more women who use these standard hair - removal ways:
1. shaving
2.creme depilation
3.mechanical depilator
4.x-rays-depilation
5.low electricity wave depilation
6. wax
well, some of them are really not so bad but they do have amount of lacks shaving for ex. only for one-two days result ,creme depilator..never gives that result that is written on the tube and it always has specific smell, electro-epilator like this one is really nice but it still hurts and its price still high for a lot of girls.
x-rays depilation or some call it photo-depilation doesn't bring its result fast and it's one of the most expensive procedure i've ever met. Low electricity wave depilation is a not very long term procedure but to completely get rid of your hair you need to repeat it during 2 years and after each one procedure your skin becomes very red and must use some special creme to reduce its inflammation.
wax - nice but needs special things like wax-heater to spread it over the skin and special paper to remove it after but these things are not so cheap and hardly every woman can find them in the local store so better for her to visit beauty salon for this reason ,there she will sure spend more money and by the way wax removal is not good for a sensitive skin as it very strong.
I didn't put in the list above the way i like and going to tell about. I'll call it-sweet- as its name is and as it is really sweet because it is cooked from sugar and lemon juice mixed and boiled together, natural oriental recipe, non allergic, with natural ingredients, that exists since ages. and still is very popular. I think that now most women buy it from the stores or pharmacies as it is very cheap, one pack is about 0.30 US Dollars.
it looks like this:
the procedure with sweet is very easy and result lasting a week or more,it doesn't hurt much, and most important thing-it is natural.
no necessary to heat it before use but for a faster result just put it in a bowl of hot water for a 5 min.
unpack it
and start rumpling it in your hands to reach sticky but smooth condition of the sweet
make a flat ellipse shape of the sweet and apply it on the hair, hold on for a second and by a fast move take it off the skin:
another way -is a thread hair removal, this good for a face or for any unwanted hair, i tried to draw a pic, how to prepare a thread for work. then by a head movement the thread start its screwing that easily takes hair out.
1.pull a thread through your mouth and leave its end free. By a right hand catch a thread and pull it aside. make it straight and choose not too close and not too far distance between your face and the area with hair to remove 'em.
2. with a couple of screwing movements by your right hand make a triangle figure that is main part of the thread as soon as you ll apply its angal to the hair screwing movements will take them out.
3. but to activate the thread you need to move your head almost the same like in the dance yowalah,i don't know if anyone can do it from the first time but i wish you success!
some tips:
before removing hair on the face don't use any cream but talс as hair shouldn't be sticky to the skin. after you can use any moisturizing and refreshing cream,or juice of cucumber or ice or just water.
in a thread case head movements are not enough the fingers of the right hand should also move and lead the thread like when you cut something with scissors.
i found on the ali-baba site this small electric-thread hair removal that is a nice idea that broght the traditional experience into the twenty first century,i did not try it but i think its a good idea for individual use.
just added this video that by a chance found in net. watch it also if you re interested in the hair removing process by a thread its not exactly that way that i presented above but i think it's also nice and even maybe easier..

Shopping ..buying a right ring
glamourous rings by designeraisha
Khaleejia said:
I did shopping last week and i feel like doing it again tomorrow, . My aim was to buy a nice ring. I spent hours in the jewelry stores. I tried on hundreds of rings, until i found THAT ONE! I think i became pro in this question. I can tell what kind of ring is good for long, short or middle size fingers, for young or adult woman, what kind of ring can make that effect that you need - for everyday wearing or for evening's. Which color shape, and size is good for a glam look...
Finally MY NEW RING is -the biggest that i just found stone - swarovski cristal light blue color with a nice glittering decoration around on the silver base. To find out where is that ring that deserves me i covered my fingers with different types and sizes of the rings in the stores ..to compare...and must say that when i put this MY RING on it made me forget about others and i even stopped noticing them. i got a new feelings - that now my look is completed.
Polyvore gave me a nice opportunity to make these sets, where i put together the rings i like. there is no my new ring on the pics but there are couple of the similar design rings. Big rings can be rather high in their prices but i believe that better to have a couple of such kind then a dozen of small one's..and better to have both kinds of rings.

Emirati women - faces of the 21st Century
the pic.see description
Khaleejia said: I decided to make this post about Great Success that have reached by women in UAE for the last decade. May be for someone it will become more clear to understand the World of Arab woman that has been so dramatically changed from the simple Bedouin's life style about less then 50 years ago till the luxury and independence approaching to the 21st Century. But must say that according to me this changes have two sides of one medal. Anyway lets look at the one of them. As i believe that true love to your work can make history and improve your life and life of the people that are around you.
DUBAI (AFP): One year after marrying Dubai 's Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum, Princess Haya bint al-Hussein of Jordan believes Emirati women are an example to Arabs of how to combine modernity and tradition. In her first interview with Western media since her wedding, Princess Haya, talked of her belief that women can be modern and still respect Arab and Muslim traditions, as they do in the United Arab Emirates .

But must say that according to me this changes have two sides of one medal. Anyway lets look at the one of them. As i believe that true love to your work can make history and improve your life and life of the people that are around you.
"In my work and in our family gatherings I have closely been watching women in the Emirates, and I am in great admiration of them ... and I never fail to be amazed at the way in which they combine modernity with Arab and Muslim traditions," she said.
"I have so much respect for the way they balance the two, and genuinely believe that an Emirati woman can serve as an example of a modern Muslim woman, to the rest of the Arab and Muslim worlds ... They are proof to me that an Arab woman can be modern without feeling the need to be Westernized, as exemplified in the role of Sheikha Fatme" the president of the General Women's Union, and widow of the former president of the U.A.E. Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan, she said.
"I am not saying that we should not exert efforts across the Arab and Muslim worlds to further better our chances on the legal and socio-economic and political fronts, but we must respect the women's choices themselves and encourage those who simply want to live according their own dreams," she added.
Two Emirati women Aisha and Salma became the first Etihad's ever female cadet pilots! Their faces appeared on the pages of the 100 greatest women in aviation book that brought them (and every woman in the gulf region) more confident in their future. At this time Etihad Airways has over a half of a hundred Emirati cadet pilots training at Horizon, four of which are female, the first class of seven cadets were qualified for their airline transport pilot license (ATPL) in December 2008. Aisha said, “My sister is a pilot with the UAE armed forces and so female aviators throughout history have always played an important part in my life. My inclusion in this book is a great inspiration and I look forward to flying the flag for female Emirati pilots across the world with Etihad.” This month two new classes for Emirati cadet pilots of Etihad programme again start their work inviting more women.
Maitha Jasem,Amani Nasser, Shayma Al Reyami, Wa'ad Al Mansouri, - the female version of the Emirati Traveller Group that drove around the UAE filming everything on the tape. So what is the reason of such action? Awad Bin Mejren, the group leader said, "In ancient times, women had lots of responsibilities in life. They played so many roles And as modern women, we have been promoted to senior positions. We now want to emphasize that we women can do what men do,"
I personally like what Maitha said,"Emirati women can reach higher levels and preserve their traditions too."
Emirati women to become leaders
The 21st Century Emirati Woman named Six Zayed University students among 200 participants as public speaking champions at: My Future as a Citizen and Leader competitions. The winners got certificates of Public Speaking Excellence and were invited to take a part in specialized leadership training. This project encouraged young Emirati women's participation and leadership in public life and raised public awareness of the important role of women in the future of the UAE.
Some part of the winners' speech:
Noor Saif Nasser Moahmmed Al Suwaidi told the audience: "What makes us qualified to be future leaders is based on what we do today as university students, from gaining experience to learning new tools. It is what you are today that gives you the reasons to become a future leader, and my reason for wanting to become a leader is the love I have for my country and community."
Mona Mohammed Abdulla Mohammed Musmari expressed her worries saying:"I think it is very difficult to lead today when people are not truly participating in decisions. If you don't give people an opportunity to really be engaged, they won't stay."
The winners noticed that the workshop helped them to realize the characteristics of a successful public speaking and to understand who they really want to be.Hussa Salem Al Romaithin added that the workshops taught her "to be passionate and to work hard in order to reach my goals and most importantly to be positive not only in speech but in everything in life."
Contest winners have been receiving additional leadership training and taking on roles as student leaders and mentors in the new Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak Center for Leadership.
Business:
Leila Suhail, Executive Director of Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) - the annual shopping festival in the emirate
Fatima Al Ghasimi: Al Ghasimi graduated in June 2007 and opened her own jewelry company in July 2006. She studied Jewelry Management, a course sponsored by Damas. She is also a member in Hamad Bin Rashid Institution that supports Youth programs.
Al Ghasmi sees that women's role in business has clearly grown. 'Today, we see many local women at the executive level. This is something we haven't seen before and it encourages all other women to lead their way in the business world and many housewives are gaining ambition to go out and start their own business.'

Khdijah Al Bloushi: Al Bloushi graduated last year from the Information section of DWC. She has already received a number of job offers, including from Sama Dubai TV, which she is most likely to take.
Al Bloushi believes that being a DWC student helped her greatly receiving these offers. 'In DWC, we really get all the needed training to join the world of business. What we have learned here made us wanted by many companies, especially the information section students, who apply everything they learn immediately.'
She adds: 'Personally, I volunteered a lot, including making films for different campaigns. These activities usually come through the Students Council to which I was the vice president. We used to organize a lot of activities in cooperation with other colleges and this has added much to my resume.'
Al Bloushi agrees that women have a strong presence in the business community today. However, she assures that Emirates women have previous experience in business, but that it didn't as much of an international reach as it does today.
'Life has changed and thoughts have changed. This paved the way for local women to enter into the business world. And one of the basic facilitators here is the governmental support.'
In partnership with her colleague, Al Bloushi hopes to establish a private production company within 10 years. She confesses: 'We have all the potential, along with the team we want to work with, which consists 100 per cent of locals.'
