Together with Dubai Police we encourage residents to have safe and happy life

Khaleejia said: This 2014 year Dubai Police organizes another successful social awareness campaign in order to attract attention of adults and children to the life danger from using illegal fireworks during fests.

Along the whole month of Ramadan the campaign was held in different public locations of Dubai such as Ramadan tents and Shopping Centers. This time firework of activities, prizes and performances entertained as  adults, kids and as well as elder generation, who host the Campaign in their Ramadan tent in Al Mamzar.

All was organized by Dubai Police under Lieutenant Colonel Ayoob Abdallah Kankazar who head the campaign with participation of  celebrities, actors Abdullah Al Jaffali , various local organizations @uaelights and volunteers.

HH Sheikh Abdulahziz Al Nuaimi @greensheikh himself visited the campaign and  invited public to support Dubai Police for safety future of the country.

We were happy to see smiles on everyone face who attended the events and invite all residents of the UAE to support and become safety ambassador of the country. Together we can make world better.

المزينة يشيد بحملة مكافحة الالعاب النارية

أشاد اللواء خميس مطر المزينة القائد العام لشرطة بحملة التوعية بمخاطر الألعاب النارية والتي نظمتها الإدارة العامة لأمن الهيئات والمنشئات والطواري في شرطة دبي طوال شهر رمضان المبارك .

وقال المزينة ان الحملة نجحت في توعية الجمهور خصوصاً الأطفال بمخاطر الألعاب النارية التي تعتبر من أكثر المخاطر التي تتهدد الصغار لانهم جاهلون بتبعات ومخاطر التعامل معها، مشيرا إلى دور الاسر والياء الأمور والمدارس في المشاركة مع شرطة دبي في التوعية وابعاد اطفالهم عن هذه المخاطر.

وكان العربي سنتر في دبي شهد اخيرا فعاليات ختام الحملة التوعوية بمشاركة العديد من المنظمات والجماعات الخيرية والادباء المسرحين والشعراء وقدموا فقرات توعوية في اطار كوميدي مبسط، بحضور الشيخ عبد العزيز النعيمي الذي وصف الفعالية بانها مهمة لكن لوحدها لا تكفي للحد من ظاهرة الالعاب النارية بالكامل ولابد من تضافر كافة الجهود في البيت والمدرسة وكافة شرائح المجتمع حتى تكون الامارات خالية من الالعاب النارية

ومن جانبه كشف العميد عبد الله علي الغيثي المدير العام للإدارة العامة لأمن الهيئات والمنشآت والطوارئ عن الخطط والنهج الذي اتبعته حملة هذا العام في التوعية، حيث تم مخاطبة الجمهور بثلاث لغات، العربية ، والانجليزية، والاوردو لتعم الفائدة كافة افراد

هذا فضلا عن التفاعل الكبير في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، حيث تعدى مرتادي مواقع الحملة الـ 50 الف متابع، وهو تفاعل يبشر بتزايد الوعي بمخاطر الالعاب النارية ويشجع علي التوسع في التعاطي مع هذه الوسائط الناجحة مستقبلاً.

وقال الملازم اول/ المهندس حميد سلطان بن دلموك مسؤول الحملة، ان النجاح الذي تحقق في حملة هذا العام تم بتفاعل الشركاء والجهات المتعاونة فضلاً عن الدعم الكبير الذي تم توفيره لها من القيادة العامة لشرطة دبي، بجانب الفرق والافراد من الجمعيات التطوعية .

واوضحت هديل الحبيشي منسق الحملة ان حملة هذا العام تميزت بانها نجحت في تغطية كافة مناطق دبي واستهدفت المناطق ذات التجمعات السكانية الكبيرة وتنظيم الفعاليات في المراكز التجارية، والاندية المجتمعية خصوصاً للجاليات الاسيوية .

Khaled Al Raesi & Sama Dubai Tv show Al Senyar “Glorifying Beauty of the Heritage”

Khaleejia said: There is a local joke saying that everybody in the UAE became photographers as there are so many beautiful places and traditions to capture. But everyone isn't the same.

We would like to introduce you to a rising star of photography, Khaled Al Raesi.

When we contacted him to have permission to publish his works, we came to know that his experience in photography is less than 2 years. So we could not leave him unless we get to know just how he managed to reach so significant achievements in the photography fin such a short amount of time.

His story is inspirational and also reveals how to become a successful in life doing what you love.

First of all, Khaled is a young Emirati , from Oum Al Quwein, UAE. He likes football same as guys of his age. Photography though was on his “hate list”. 

He says: “I hated it simply because I saw everybody was holding a camera and I did not feel anything good about it”. After a while, as the proverb says, “never say never”. The first camera was purchased by Khaled himself and that’s how all started.

“I asked myself, why everyone likes taking pictures, let me try it finally too. I bought my first camera Sony for 600 dirham only. Picture after picture, daily i started capturing everything I saw.

I decided to change my camera to something more professional and got  a Nicon 3100 for 2150 dirham which i used for about 4 months. I became more concentrated on photographing nature (sea, desert, moon, birds and animals).

I discovered that I really enjoyed this and now it turned from my hobby to be my main interest. I changed my Nicon to Canon D600 because of the color scheme which is more natural in Canon. Even though I didn’t learn photography in any school or how to use a camera, i came to know [how to properly use a camera] through practice and support of friends and family. 

Yes, I am new in this field but I am so grateful that my talent reached recognition and has opened for me new doors . 

I became a part of Dubai Media Inc. as a photographer for their social media pages of the program Al Senyar one of the most popular edutainment programs that tells about culture and traditions of the UAE.

It is on air during Ramadan and reached great success & popularity even outside the country. As an artist I think that the beautiful way we presented our heritage in this program became the main factor of its success.

Working with such talented and professional people inspired me a lot.

Getting positive feedback from our TV stars ( beautiful Laila Al Muqbali and Ahmad Abdullah) when they like the way I take their pictures or people who leave their supportive comments under the photos we publish made me proud and encourage further achievement.

I would like to personally thank TV channel Sama Dubai, Director Mr. Khalifa Hamad Abu Shahab and Producer Mr. Hussain Al Manaei. Also my dear mother Um Khaled, HH Sheikha Aisha Bint Abdullah Al Nuaimi, my friend Khaled Al Dhaheri and sister Um Saif for being always next to me in their support and advice that played the main role in developing my talent in photography.

And heresis my advice to those who are just starting  the career, "don’t listen to people. Try your best. Practice every day to reach your professional level in everything you do.”

Khaleejia said: UAE becoming the world’s fashion hotspot. Probably the reason of this is that local designers have to follow the global mode trends which they masterfully implement into the traditional outfit. 

Such combination made Emirati style to stand out among the other countries' dress code culture.
Yes we do have very conservative opinion saying that Abaya should not change it's original black color or shape.

Though, now Abaya it is not only a traditional dress but also a fashionable tool in the hands of the local fashionistas. Which helps to express their personalities, taste and positive attitude to the community's values.

The Emaratyah fashion exhibition took place in Jumeirah Etihad Towers from 21 to 23 of November, 2013 with @almayasahcollection which showcased the new collection of trendy and fashionable abayas.  

The new styles of abayas are open from the front, have belts and different layers with prints. Stripes, polka-dot, ornaments, plant and animal prints.

فيإطار حرص برنامج سفراء التطوّع على المشاركة في الأنشطة والفعاليات التي تعزز مفهوم الطاقة الإيجابية لدى مختلف فئات المجتمع

وفي مقدمتها فئة موظفي المؤسسات والشركات المختلفة في القطاعين الحكومي والخاص ، حرص البرنامج على المساهمة الفاعلة في فقرات ندوة تفاعلية حول ( الطاقة الإيجابية في العمل التطوعي وخدمة المجتمع ) وهي مستوحاة من كتاب ومضات من فكر لصاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم والتي نظمتها إدارة المرور في مؤسسة المرور والطرق بالتعاون والتنسيق مع الهلال الأحمر الإماراتي  يوم أمس في قاعة الممزر بالمقر الرئيسي لهيئة طرق ومواصلات دبي .

قال عباس فرض الله ...  : " إن متطوعي ومتطوعات برنامج  سفراء  التطوع في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة  يتمتعون بقدر من الطاقة الإيجابية تدفع بهم دفعا  لخدمة الوطن ، عبر التواصل الإيجابي والحضاري مع عدد من الهيئات والمؤسسات التي تشاركهم الأهداف ذاتها كما بين محمد إبراهيم على سبيل المثال لا الحصر نشر مفهوم الطاقة الإيجابية بين صفوف أفراد المجتمع بشكل عام ، والموظفين على تباين مهامهم الوظيفية في القطاعين الحكومي والخاص دونما استثناء" .

وشارك كلا من في المحاضرة التفاعلية الأستاذة لولوة ثاني في الفترة الأولى والأخوان عباس فرض الله ومحمد ابراهيم أعضاء فريق سفراء للعطاء في الفترة الثانية إلى جانب عدد من المتطوعات ضمن الندوة التفاعلية التي  شهدها ما يزيد على 45 مشارك من موظفي هيئة الطرق والمواصلات ، وذلك من خلال استعراض تجاربهم الشخصية والمواقف التي مروا بها أثناء تطوعهم في برنامج سفراء التطوع داخل وخارج الدولة ، وأثر العمل التطوعي في تطوير الذات بالنسبة للمتطوع نفسه  بما يتماشى وخدمة المجتمع  .

Volunteers from group “Tender Ambassadors” and Khaleejia’s Life in coordination with RTA (Road and Transport Authority of Dubai) and Red Crescent organized yesterday morning interactive seminar “The power of positive Energy”. 

Journalist Lulua gave a beneficial lecture inspired by a new book of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum “Flashes of Inspiration'” where HH documented his life, experiences, successful & most important ideas .

Presenters of the group Tender Ambassadors Abbas Fardullah and Mohammad Ibrahim shared their experience of the value of volunteering and activities supporting different social events in the United Arab Emirates during the year with more than 45 participants who attended the seminar.

Abbas mentioned that a degree of positive energy bring us impulse to serve the nation, by promoting interest to the cultural heritage through positive communication with a number of people and institutions that share the same objectives.
