1.draw a horizontal line just like at the pic.
2. using black eye-shadow blend the line with a brush in any (vertical or diagonal)directions. you can mix black eye-shadow with brown or any other color two give a nice tone.
Use sponge (optional) to underline + clean the area under the eye as micro-peices of the shadows could fall on it.
